No Sugar Company was the first company in Canada to launch a keto bar with 0g of sugar. After a year of success, the company line has expanded to include various Keto Bar flavours, Keto Nutbars, and Keto Bombs. All No Sugar Company products are made with 100% pure nut butters, organic coconut oil, fair trade organic cocoa, no sugar and fair trade dark chocolate.

 

Objectives

  • Design and launch a website that was optimized for e-commerce and created a customer journey
  • Effectively introduced the new brand and it’s values to customers
  • Build a customized design and integration that differentiated between Canadian and American customers – each with their own checkout process in the home country’s currency 
  • Optimize website for SEO based on keyword searches from Canada and the United States 

To achieve these goals, the Soar team focused on blending functionality with story telling. We chose highly rated apps and built a custom code to ensure a seamless customer journey to the check out process. Then we created custom content — photography and blogs — to introduce No Sugar Company flavours and expertise to customers. All site content was strategically written with SEO in mind. Google Search was and continues to be a lead driver of revenue. 

 

Site Layout

As with every website we tackle, the process began with our graphic designer mocking up the use of fonts and use of imagery. This guidance was key in ensuring visual brand consistency. Key messages were tiered based on relevancy while the customer journey was clearly outlined. The site has proven to be easy for customers to use and the client to manage.

Our team is in charge of content creation, social media management, digital marketing, email marketing and web maintenance.
