Xhale Luxury Villa is a five-star St. Lucian villa designed for vacationers seeking to rejuvenate their mind, body, and soul. This island sanctuary is filled with the aroma of ocean air, tropical flora, and the soothing sounds of waves caressing the pebbled shores below.

 

Objectives

  • Redesign the Xhale Luxury Villa website to accurately reflect the brand 
  • Update copy to highlight privacy, intimacy, and COVID-19 safety
  • Optimize website for SEO based on keyword searches from Canada, United States, and the United Kingdom.

The Soar team first approached this website redesign with a website strategy; we wanted to ensure that the new website was clean, elegant, and effective. While creating the website strategy we did a full overhaul of the client’s Brand Messages, combed through existing assets, and did a competitive landscape. Next, we designed the pages to tier copy and outlined a clear sales funnel. We also selected imagery that best reflected the brand story. Finally, we migrated the website to a more user-friendly platform that could be customized based on business growth.

Key messages were tiered based on relevancy while the customer journey was clearly outlined. The site has proven to be easy for customers to use and the client to manage. Since the update of the website, Xhale Luxury Villa has seen praise from partner organizations, and customers, and has seen a steady stream of bookings despite the ongoing pandemic.

The updated Xhale Luxury Villa website provides users with a refreshing and inviting user experience. The content and imagery that have been updated, bring about the information that reflects the changes in the travel industry. The key messages and tagline have been slightly repositioned to be more accurate with consumer data. The website has also been optimized to attract users from Canada, America and the United Kingdom by integrating SEO-based keywords into the content. We are also making recommendations to the client based on changes currently happening in the travel industry.

Covid-19 Precautions

In addition to the re-designed website and photography work done for Xhale Luxury Villa, Soar Media Group also created a pop-up window that appears at the top of the users screen with information regarding Covid-19 precautions. The page details Xhale’s Arrival / Check-in precautions, the Villa’s Safety Supplies, the updated Villa Amenities and Cleaning procedures, as well as the Villa’s new forms of transportation and check-out procedures.
